Where do I buy refills?

What Type of Batteries Used?

No batteries required. There are no moving parts it is patented design technology. The dispenser’s simple design always allows 2 1/2 “ of wrap to grasp at the start of every use.

Where do I mount my dispenser?

You can mount your dispenser on the wall or under your cupboards using the screws provided, or use the rubber grommets provided and place the dispenser on your counter top. Note special screws may be needed for drywall/plaster walls. Keep the dispenser away from any source of heat such as toasters or stoves; the dispenser may melt.

Can I use the wrap in my microwave?

1. Leave at least a 1" (2.5cm) space above the food using a deep bowl. Do not let the film wrap touch the food to be heated.
2. Turn back one edge to vent steam. Do not use in browning units or browning dishes.
3. Follow the instructions of the microwave oven manufacturer and avoid excessive softening of the film wrap from overheating.

The knives are made of plastic. The heavy serrated edge is sharp enough to cut the lettuce, bagels or baking not sharp enough to cut through tough surfaces such as counter tops.
